Toutes les descriptions de produits peuvent être modifiées sans préavis.
Groupe Marsan-Georges Canada Inc. se réserve le droit d’interrompre un produit à tout moment ou de limiter les ventes à certaines personnes, régions ou juridictions.
SECTION 3 – COMMANDES
En passant une commande, vous faites une offre d’achat.
Groupe Marsan-Georges Canada Inc. se réserve le droit d’accepter ou de refuser toute commande, à sa seule discrétion. Une commande n’est acceptée qu’après confirmation et réception du paiement.
Veuillez vérifier attentivement votre commande avant validation. Une fois la commande acceptée, l’annulation peut ne plus être possible.

SECTION 4 – PRIX ET FACTURATION
Les prix, promotions et rabais peuvent être modifiés sans préavis.

Nous expédions les commandes au Canada, aux États-Unis et à l’international lorsque applicable. Les délais de livraison sont estimatifs et non garantis.
Une fois la commande remise au transporteur, les risques de perte sont transférés au client, sauf disposition contraire de la loi applicable.
Les envois internationaux peuvent être soumis à des frais de douane ou à des retards indépendants de notre volonté.
